Brian Castillo joined Glasser and Glasser in 2025. Prior to joining the firm, Brian worked at a personal injury law firm representing clients. Brian also served as a law clerk for two years in the Washington County Circuit Court in Hagerstown, Maryland.

Camille Conor
Camille Conor joined Glasser and Glasser, P.L.C. in 2025, bringing strong advocacy and client-centered skills to her current practice in creditor’s rights. DeLisa L. Daniels
DeLisa Daniels joined Glasser and Glasser in 2025. DeLisa’s practice area focuses on creditor’s rights, specifically collections law. Prior to joining the firm, she served as a Judicial Hearing Officer and Assistant Clerk, presiding over foreclosure, estate and competency matters. DeLisa also brings experience from both public and private practice, with a background in litigation support, guardianship proceedings, and estate administration.

Erica L. Ellis
Prior to joining Glasser and Glasser, Erica was an Attorney Advisor at the United States Department of Veterans Affairs for approximately 5 years. Erica’s work at the VA focused on the approval or denial of disability benefits. Erica is passionate about helping children and is a trained Guardian ad Litem volunteer advocate for children in North Carolina. Erica also served as a legal intern for the Guardian ad Litem office in Wake County, while in law school. Erica is excited to bring her experience zealously advocating for clients to Glasser and Glasser. In her free time, Erica enjoys kick boxing and running.

Charles C. Euripides
Charles “Gus” Euripides has practiced law in North Carolina and Virginia for over 30 years. He is a charter member of the North Carolina Creditors Bar Association and has worked with members of the U.S. Congress and North Carolina Legislature to draft legislation relative to creditors’ rights issues, and to further monitor such legislation as it progresses towards passage.
As a litigation attorney and manager with Glasser and Glasser, P.L.C., Gus is responsible for managing all facets of the firm’s North Carolina operations, including management of all commercial and consumer collections and business transactions. Gus is further responsible for advising national banking associations, state credit unions and other lenders on creditors’ rights issues and business transactions, including matters pertaining to compliance with state and federal law.
Gus has spoken to numerous conferences and groups throughout the country on a variety of topics including the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act and North Carolina state law.

Jacob P. Finkelstein
Jacob Finkelstein joined Glasser and Glasser, P.L.C. in 2024. He brings a wealth of experience from his time as a creditor’s rights attorney and his work as a consumer litigation attorney. Jacob is a native of Baltimore, Maryland and now resides in Greenville, SC with his wife and two children. He represents clients in courts throughout the States of North Carolina and Maryland.

Jeri Lynn Ganz
Jeri Lynn Ganz joined Glasser and Glasser, P.L.C. in 2015 after practicing collections and creditors’ rights law for 20 years. Jeri represents clients in courts throughout the State of Maryland. Throughout her years representing creditors, Jeri has cultivated contacts with attorneys, judges, clients and others within the collections industry. She also represents creditors as the Vice President of the Maryland-D.C. Creditors Bar Association, which tracks Maryland rules, regulations and statutes affecting creditors’ rights and builds relationships with judges and other elected officials.

Mark K. Groves
Mark Groves is a Member and Managing Attorney of the Glasser and Glasser, P.L.C. Collections Department, which practices statewide in Virginia, North Carolina, Maryland and Washington, D.C. He has over 25 years of experience primarily focused on debt collection, financial services regulation, and consumer protection issues. He is engaged for the Firm and in numerous trade organizations at the federal and state levels, particularly on issues related to legal collections, compliance management, and governmental relations.
Mark is a Past President of the National Creditors Bar Association. Mark has also served as a member of the Virginia Supreme Court’s Advisory Committee for Electronic Filing and as a panelist at the Federal Trade Commission’s roundtable on Legal Debt Collection in Washington, D.C. He is a frequent presenter on a variety of topics related to fair and professional debt collection.

Shannon Holland
Prior to joining Glasser and Glasser, P.L.C., in June of 2025, Shannon served as a Labor Administrative Appeals Hearing Officer for the State of Alabama’s Department of Workforce. In this role, Shannon heard and issued decisions for over 4,500 unemployment benefits appeals. Shannon has been a North Carolina resident for over 19 years. While attending law school, Shannon served a Host, and later Editor-in-Chief of Campbell Law School’s first legal interest podcast: The Campbell Law Reporter. Before law school, Shannon worked as a paralegal in workers’ compensation defense practice. Shannon enjoys fostering an openness to new opportunities and experiences, with hobbies including golf, kayaking, video-gaming, ballistic sports, and bagpiping.

Lauren A. Konikoff
Lauren completed her undergraduate studies at Boise State University before moving to Virginia to attend the University of Richmond School of Law. Prior to joining Glasser and Glasser, P. L. C. as an associate attorney in the area of creditors’ rights law, Lauren practiced family law. Laura is qualified as a Guardian ad Litem for children in the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Ramah ‘Mo’ Omer
Ramah ‘Mo’ Omer is an associate in Glasser and Glasser, P.L.C.’s Creditors’ Rights practice. He handles a variety of matters related to legal debt collection, consumer protection, and financial services. Prior to joining the firm, Mo worked for a lender as in-house counsel covering areas related to the Truth in Lending Act [Regulation Z], the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act [Regulation X], the Equal Credit Opportunity Act [Regulation B], and other Mortgage and Realty related matters. He served as a Judicial Extern in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Alabama under Hon. Judge L. Scott Coogler.

Roy K. Potter
Roy Potter joined Glasser and Glasser, P.L.C. in 2025. Roy is a native of New York City and graduated with an B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the Polytechnic Institute of New York University in 1986. After moving to Maryland, Roy went on to graduate from University of Maryland School of Law in 2003, with a concentration in environmental law. Roy was employed at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office for 30 years as a Patent Examiner, mostly examining patent applications in the semiconductor art. Roy’s current areas of practice are litigation and collection law. Roy is licensed to practice law in Maryland and has lived on both sides of the Chesapeake Bay. Currently, Roy lives in Kent County, Maryland.

Leanna M. Richardson
Leanna Richardson joined the Collections Department of Glasser and Glasser P.L.C. as an Associate in 2019. Leanna grew up on a farm in Maryland and maintains those deep roots to the state. Prior to joining Glasser and Glasser P.L.C., Leanna assisted self-represented litigants with a variety of civil issues. Leanna’s experiences in the legal services field drive her compassion and her desire to not only resolve matters in a way that benefits her clients but also respects the debtors and the court.

Andres A. Tomey
Andres Tomey joined Glasser and Glasser, P.L.C. in June of 2025. Andres was raised in Miami, Fl, and now resides in North Carolina. Andres attended University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill for his undergraduate studies and then Campbell Law School in downtown Raleigh. After graduating from law school, Andres practiced criminal defense work before transitioning to an in-house role where he advised on property matters such as evictions and foreclosures. Andres also has experience with residential and commercial real estate closings.

Rachel E. VanHorn
