In 1987, Bill became an Associate Attorney Glasser and Glasser, P.L.C. and was immediately placed on the Asbestos Litigation trial team. Bill has tried cases in both Federal and State Courts representing shipyard workers and a variety of other tradesmen (and their families) who had been injured and/or killed from their exposure to asbestos-containing products. Bill represents numerous collisions and trucking cases. Bill has tried and settled a number of cases over his thirty years of practice resulting in multiple recoveries of multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements. He often serves as Local Counsel in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, Norfolk Division.
Bill became an equity partner of Glasser and Glasser, P.L.C. in 1992. Bill has also been included in the Best Lawyers of America since 2018 in the category of personal injury litigation – plaintiffs. Bill is “AV rated” by Martindale Hubbell and has enjoyed this rating for over twenty years. Quinn’s practice focuses primarily on mortgage banking law, timeshare law, and residential real estate, with an emphasis on loss mitigation and default services, including foreclosures. Erin oversees the firm’s Loss Mitigation and Timeshare departments, and has a strong commitment to superior client service. Erin is well-versed in various loan modification options, forbearance agreements, deeds in lieu of foreclosure, and timeshare mortgage and assessment foreclosures. She has also handled a wide range of supplementary matters related to the representation of lenders, including surplus proceeds, title clearance issues, REO closings, third-party sales, compliance issues, and sale rescissions.
