Michael Glasser began his legal career with Glasser and Glasser, P.L.C. in 1978. Over the years, Michael has gained the admiration of his clients, other lawyers and the courts by always being prepared, always promptly responding to client calls and inquiries, and treating all with respect and courtesy. His practice focuses on resolving issues involving real estate, banking and finance, creditors’ rights, and commercial disputes. He has handled litigation in all these areas in the trial and appellate courts. Erin C. Quinn
Erin C. Quinn’s practice focuses primarily on mortgage banking law, timeshare law, and residential real estate, with an emphasis on loss mitigation and default services, including foreclosures. Erin oversees the firm’s Loss Mitigation and Timeshare departments, and has a strong commitment to superior client service. Erin is well-versed in various loan modification options, forbearance agreements, deeds in lieu of foreclosure, and timeshare mortgage and assessment foreclosures. She has also handled a wide range of supplementary matters related to the representation of lenders, including surplus proceeds, title clearance issues, REO closings, third-party sales, compliance issues, and sale rescissions.
Prior to joining Glasser and Glasser, P.L.C., Erin spent three years at a large international firm practicing in the areas of corporate and securities law, mergers and acquisitions, commercial real estate financing, and zoning law.
