Our attorneys regularly serve as continuing legal education faculty who lecture on creditors' rights to other attorneys for continuing education credit and to non-lawyer commercial and consumer debt collectors and credit professionals. We are active members in the Commercial Law League of America, the National Association of Retail Collection Attorneys, the Virginia Creditors' Bar Association, the Tidewater Bankruptcy Bar Association, and the Virginia State Bar. Our firm also serves as special counsel to the Attorney General of Virginia in the area of claims and collections.
