Vanessa S. Carter

Vanessa Steltenpohl Carter joined Glasser and Glasser in 2025. Vanessa’s practice includes advising clients on corporate and commercial transactions, banking and finance law, commercial litigation, real estate title curative matters, bankruptcy and creditors’ rights matters. Vanessa has been a “dirt” lawyer since 2013 with a niche focus on resolving real estate title defects via both nonjudicial and judicial methods. During law school, Vanessa clerked with the Hon. Walter Felton Jr. at the Virginia Court of Appeals, after which Vanessa worked for several prominent real estate and commercial litigation law firms in the Hampton Roads area.
