Sylvia Whitlock joined Glasser and Glasser, P.L.C. in 2026. Sylvia’s current areas of practice are litigation and collection law in Maryland. Sylvia is originally from New York and graduated with her bachelor’s degree from the State University of New York – Geneseo. She then moved to Baltimore, Maryland and attended the University of Baltimore School of Law. Upon graduation from law school, Sylvia clerked in the Circuit Court for Frederick County in Maryland. She then worked for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development for eleven years. Sylvia worked for the Anne Arundel County State’s Attorney office gaining litigation and trial experience before joining Glasser and Glasser, P.L.C.
