Roy K. Potter

Roy Potter joined Glasser and Glasser, P.L.C. in 2025. Roy is a native of New York City and graduated with an B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the Polytechnic Institute of New York University in 1986. After moving to Maryland, Roy went on to graduate from University of Maryland School of Law in 2003, with a concentration in environmental law. Roy was employed at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office for 30 years as a Patent Examiner, mostly examining patent applications in the semiconductor art. Roy’s current areas of practice are litigation and collection law. Roy is licensed to practice law in Maryland and has lived on both sides of the Chesapeake Bay. Currently, Roy lives in Kent County, Maryland.
