Mark K. Groves

Mark Groves is a Member and Managing Attorney of the Glasser and Glasser, P.L.C. Collections Department, which practices statewide in Virginia, North Carolina, Maryland and Washington, D.C. He has over 25 years of experience primarily focused on debt collection, financial services regulation, and consumer protection issues. He is engaged for the Firm and in numerous trade organizations at the federal and state levels, particularly on issues related to legal collections, compliance management, and governmental relations.

Mark is a Past President of the National Creditors Bar Association. Mark has also served as a member of the Virginia Supreme Court’s Advisory Committee for Electronic Filing and as a panelist at the Federal Trade Commission’s roundtable on Legal Debt Collection in Washington, D.C. He is a frequent presenter on a variety of topics related to fair and professional debt collection.
