Charles Euripides
As a litigation attorney and manager with Glasser and Glasser, P.L.C., Mr. Euripides is responsible for managing all facets of the firm’s North Carolina operations, including management of all commercial and consumer collections and business transactions. Mr. Euripides is further responsible for advising national banking associations and state credit unions and other lenders on creditor’s rights issues and business transactions, including matters pertaining to compliance with state and federal law.
Mr. Euripides has spoken to numerous conferences and groups throughout the country on a variety of topics including the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act and North Carolina state law.

Marc C. Greco
Marc joined Glasser and Glasser, P.L.C., in 1997, where he has represented retired shipyard workers, railroad workers, and service members with asbestos disease. He has brought successful suits for young children with life-altering injuries from defective products and living conditions. He has litigated a variety of personal injury lawsuits, from auto accidents to defective drug cases.
Marc graduated from the University of Virginia in 1989 with a B.A. in economics. He returned to his birthplace, New Orleans, Louisiana, where he worked in commercial banking operations and taught high school before enrolling in law school. He attended the Paul M. Hebert Law Center at Louisiana State University as a Law Fellow. Marc began his legal practice in Lafayette, Louisiana, where he litigated maritime personal injury and municipal liability cases.
In 2011, Marc filed with the Supreme Court of the United States the Brief for Amicus Curiae National Association of Retired and Veteran Railway Employees in Support of Petitioners, on behalf of thousands of retired railroad workers injured by exposure to asbestos-containing products on locomotives.

Mark currently serves on the Board of Directors’ Executive Committee as Treasurer for NARCA – the National Creditors Bar Association. William D. Moore, III
William Moore is in his ninth year of practice with a concentration in financial services litigation matters. As current Vice-President of the Virginia Creditors Bar and a member of the State Creditors Bar taskforce within NARCA (the National Creditors Bar Association), Mr. Moore regularly responds to legislative issues concerning national banks, credit unions and other creditors. William has worked with Congressional leaders, elected state officials, judges and consumer counsel to effect tangible and common sense modification to federal, state and local statutes that affect both lenders and consumers.
An experienced trial attorney, Mr. Moore oversees Glasser’s DC area office and has presented Continuing Legal Education courses to the Virginia community of judges and fellow practitioners.

Robyn D. Pepin
Robyn Pepin is a specialist in bankruptcy and title curative matters. Building upon her past experience representing debtors in Chapter 7 and 13 liquidation and reorganization proceedings, Ms. Pepin is well versed in protecting the rights of mortgage lenders and servicers in a variety of matters, including Chapter 7, 13, and 11 federal bankruptcy court hearings, defense of Claim Objections, Motions for Relief from the Automatic Stay, Complaints to Determine Dischargeability, defense of Adversary Proceedings to determine the extent and validity of a creditor’s inferior lien, title insurance claims, and quiet title actions.

Robert L. Peresich
Robert L. Peresich joined Glasser and Glasser, P.L.C. in 2014. His current practice focuses on creditor’s rights and collections. Robert regularly represents banks, hospitals, and other institutions in protecting their rights as creditors in both in the courtroom and during negotiations. Robert is no stranger to the courtroom and regularly appears in court to handle trials for the firm. Prior to joining Glasser and Glasser, P.L.C., Robert practiced law in the Richmond area as part of a general practice and regularly appeared in the courtrooms of that region handling a variety of cases.

Erin C. Quinn
Erin C. Quinn’s practice focuses primarily on mortgage banking law, timeshare law, and residential real estate, with an emphasis on loss mitigation and default services, including foreclosures. Ms. Quinn oversees the firm’s Loss Mitigation and Timeshare departments, and has a strong commitment to superior client service. She is well versed in various loan modification options, forbearance agreements, deeds in lieu of foreclosure, and timeshare mortgage and assessment foreclosures. She has also handled a wide-range of supplementary matters related to the representation of lenders, including surplus proceeds, title clearance issues, REO closings, third-party sales, compliance issues, and sale rescissions.
Prior to joining Glasser and Glasser, P.L.C., Ms. Quinn spent three years at a large international firm practicing in the areas of corporate and securities law, mergers and acquisitions, commercial real estate financing, and zoning law. This diverse legal background has contributed to her overall knowledge and understanding of issues presented by clients and how to resolve them efficiently.

Anders Sleight is an experienced commercial litigator who has advocated for clients throughout northern Virginia and the District of Columbia. Melissa M. Watson Goode
Melissa Watson Goode draws on over a decade of experience, working directly with some of the world’s largest lenders on matters ranging from loan origination and servicing to collateral resolution and collections. Her practice focuses on residential and commercial foreclosure as well as the representation of creditors in insolvency proceedings. She has extensive experience representing secured and unsecured creditors in chapter 7, 11, 12, and 13 proceedings; in such actions including prosecution of motions for relief from stay and nondischargeability complaints, and defense of discharge injunction complaints, preference and fraudulent transfer complaints, and objections to claim.
