Lexus Sanders-Njie hails from Raleigh, NC. Majoring in Criminal Justice with a minor in Sociology, Lexus graduated magna cum laude from East Carolina University. Lexus’ desire to pursue social justice led her to Campbell Law School, where she had the opportunity to participate in a study abroad aimed at promoting human rights advocacy and development. After graduating law school, Lexus continued her advocacy work as an attorney at Legal Aid of North Carolina (LANC). At LANC, Lexus advocated and enforced her clients’ habitability rights and rights against unfair debt collections. Taking her litigation skills to another level, Lexus worked as an Assistant Attorney General for the North Carolina Department of Justice (NC DOJ). As an Assistant Attorney General, Lexus represented a plethora of North Carolina state agencies against tort claims, specifically negligence actions. Now, as a Glasser attorney, Lexus is excited to continue to pursue her passion for trial advocacy and advocate for the rights of creditors.
