Kourtney’s areas of practice include Foreclosure, Bankruptcy, Business, Tax, Estate Planning, and Civil Litigation.  She has represented businesses and individuals before Federal and State tax authorities, including appeals before the U.S. Tax Court, as well as with the Virginia Employment Commission.  Kourtney served as a U.S. Naval Officer from 2006 until 2014, serving onboard USS OKANE and USS CROMMELIN.  Kourtney enjoys working alongside businesses and individuals to problem solve and reach higher levels of performance.
