Cindy is an associate attorney in Glasser and Glasser, P.L.C.’s Collections Department and Creditor’s Rights Practice. She handles a variety of matters related to legal debt collection, consumer protection, and financial services. Prior to joining the firm, Cindy worked as an Attorney Advisor for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in the Division of Corporate Finance covering areas related to securities, corporate, capital markets, intellectual property, technology, and life sciences. Following law school, Cindy clerked for the Honorable Melanie M. Shaw of the Appellate Court of Maryland.
Cindy grew up on the Eastern Shore of Maryland and earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Legal Studies, cum laude, from Stevenson University. She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law with a focus on Business Law and transactional principles in the evening division. She is also a Maryland Public Notary, providing notarial services in conjunction with her legal practice. Cindy enjoys spending time with her dogs, reading, golfing, and cooking.
